Employees in our organization have a waste bin at our desks and a recycle/shred bin.
A cleaning service empties the waste bin/cans each evening.
We have written policies pertaining to record destruction and recycling.
Employees empty the shred bin at their desks into larger locked bins located in each department area. Confidential paper and records are shredded. We recycle other paper products (plastic and glass too).
