Hi RIMserv,
Regarding the CRM testing experience:
You'll be pleased to know that the number one objective from my position as
Project Manager for the ICRM is diligently (make that rabidly) clarifying our
processes for the benefit of our membership. I'm not alone in this--I can assure
you that the entire board shares that frame of mind.
Of course, fixing the special requests registration process has been first
priority from my perspective as Regent of Exam Administration--we're sensitive
to sensitivities at the ICRM--and a channel is now available, which we've
announced to the membership through ProfessionNotes.
Our Regent of Marketing and Professional Development, Rae Lynn Haliday, has a
project to revise website content that JUST started in earnest this past month.
We're taking advantage of this project to look closely at the content
discrepancies that you have outlined in personal messages sent to me at
[log in to unmask] and other Regents, too. Keep sending me your feedback. It
is most welcome and I AM listening from my gmail account. Folks will testify,
if you send a message to me and you don't hear from me immediately, it's because
I'm working on the coordination of everyone for the next test cycle, grades from
the previous test cycle, or project management for the ICRM. I'm sure you can
appreciate that changes are a matter of scheduling resources--our time, our
wonderful administrator Patti McGuire's time, and our wonderful website/database
engineer Gary Hewett's time.
We at the ICRM stand on the shoulders of giants--good folks who in their
stewardship designed a process that will continually evolve as the years
progress and the number of candidates increase. We look to you to help us
enhance testing for everyone.
Cheers!
