Hi Everyone,

I previously worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts but have
since moved to a new organization.

My new company is leaning towards using Sharepoint 2010 as a records
management solution. We are also looking at Knowledge Lake as our
imaging solution. We have been told by other solution providers that
Microsoft does not want Sharepoint to become a true ECM solution and would
rather rely on service partners such as Knowledge Lake to provide ECM
solutions.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Also, it would be really helpful
if any of you are currently working on Sharepoint 2010 and can provide us
with the pros and cons.

Thank you very much.

Donna
