I am very sorry to hear this.  Harold was a great influence on my career in micrographics, which eventually morphed into my records management career.  He was a very learned man and a pioneer in the microfilm field.  My earliest recollection of him is reading his many articles in microfilm professional journals in the 1960's and 1970's.
