Rockaway Twp., NJ, taking man to court over township's error in releasing data
Professed government watchdog Tucker Kelley was accidentally e-mailed
the Social Security numbers of some 200 Rockaway Township vendors and
employees when he requested a master vendor list for a five-year
period in October.

Now the township is taking Kelley, a past unsuccessful candidate for
mayor, to Superior Court where on Tuesday township attorney Edward J.
Buzak will ask for preliminary restraints to stop Kelley from
disseminating or transmitting any of the inadvertent material supplied
to him via five PDF files on Oct. 5
