Hi Todd, 

I wonder what the judge's and/or jury's reaction would be when made aware of
that insurance by opposing counsel....I also wonder whether that would make
judgments even larger when applied as a penalty, or whether judges might
look to other sanctions besides financial to ensure that the spoliation
message gets across.
