I upload a spreadsheet that IM provides.  When the spreadsheet is done I 
send it to an email address created for that purpose.

The spreadsheet is not especially user-friendly, although it's fine in a pinch.  I 
created a macro that takes the data from my internal format and puts it into 
the IM spreadsheet for uploading, which makes it nicer for our employees.
