I agree a box level list is all that is needed. now as to other questions
one would direct the inquiry to the various databases that manage the
contracts. You could run a report from the contract management system that
lists all contracts closed/terminated/expired for the year, your financial
accounting system should be able to show final payments, etc etc etc
