At one time or another we have used the following:
- number of training sessions or informational presentations made
- number of RM news related items posted on intranet
- number of posters displayed
- number of "clear out" sessions held
- volume of hardcopy material destroyed during clear out session
- volume of megabytes/gigabytes discarded from electronic repositories
- number of boxes/files archived
- number of boxes/files destroyed
- number of document retrievals made from off-site storage (segregated by regular, rush, audit related, litigation related)
