Brian,
Maybe you can look at :
When we hear every time about time people spend searching for information, can you show
- how much time do you spend on delivering the requested ??? file / box
- how much time you or other spend for searching of information and how your recommendations improve the performance - descriptive standards, putting some records series on-line,
- how much space and money for storing do you save to your organization by simply destroying the records according to your retention schedule at the right time?
- how much do you save by using the proper files and equipment
Regards,
Alex Babin

Aloha Listserv Friends!
I must be going brain dead in the islands, as I'm struggling with
developing acceptable "key performance indexes" (KPIs) Records
Management department...
I'd be interesting what KPIs anyone may be using for their departments
in regards to Records Management.
Your input and thoughts are appreciated.
Mahalo,
