If you indeed have thousands of binders, you might want to consider
contracting with a vendor who can remove them from the 3-ring binders and
place them into another container. If there's a need to keep the materials
bound together, a velo binding could also work. A good vendor can help you
get the right solution for your needs and budget limitations.
