One example that does not get much attention, but is essential to the
efficiency and effectiveness of all borough operations, is records
management,” she said.

Kirchner praised the work done during the past year by borough Records
Manager Sandy Cox, saying her ingenuity was “remarkable” in clearing and
consolidating records in accordance with state laws and regulations, and
that her “stunning volume of work done is worthy of recognition.”
