I have a question for the esteemed members of this listserve - is
anyone using Autonomy Records Manager (ARM) for managing their
electronic records? If so, what is your opinion of ARM, are you using
in it in conjunction with a content management system and what
issues/problems have you had to deal with during the
implementation/execution within your organization?

Some background - my current organization purchased the original
FileSurf program developed by MDY many years ago. Unfortunately the
program was never fully implemented or updated even though maintenance
was paid. Part of the problem was lack of IT support (which has
changed) and no full-time records manager. ARM appears to meet many
of our business requirements so before I look at other possible
solutions I want to see if we can salvage our investment.

Regards,
