We are searching for the RIGHT individual for a KEY position in our
Division...

TECHNICAL SUPPORT ANALYST

This position would require managing and providing outstanding technical
support of all Operation Services Division's  mission critical
applications, databases, software & hardware, and data management
including daily imports, backups, log monitoring and file maintenance
routines
 
Position Deliverables Include:
1.	Provide technical support of applications and databases. (45%)
a.	Responsible for managing, installing/uninstalling, software and
application for TMD
b.	Trouble-shoot network connectivity problems and resolve any
networking issues that may affect daily production.
c.	Monitor, identify problems, and provide proper diagnosis for
timely resolutions
d.	Maintenance, software upgrades, network integrity, data archive
and routine system backups 
e.	Satisfy audit requirements and risk assessment to satisfactory
meet the Bank's requirements.
f.	Ensure that tasks assigned are completed on a timely basis.
g.	Work closely with Bank's Information Management & Operations
Group (e.g. PC&LANs) personnel
h.	Reports regularly to management on status and escalate problems
that arise to the proper support channels.
i.	Produces all required project documentation according to Bank
policies and procedures, including business requirements, design
documents, test plans, etc.
j.	Performs all other functions necessary to ensure systems are up
and running.
k.	Must have the ability to work in a multi-tasking and time
sensitive environment.

2.	Work with TMD managers to ascertain systems upgrades and process
improvements. (25%)
a.	Coordinate system upgrades and enhancements with TMD manager,
vendors and users.
b.	Communicate requirements and schedules with other department,
branches and vendors.
c.	Write and maintain IT documentation & procedures for all TMD
applications.

3.	Support Secure FTP transmission for the Bank.   (15%)
a.	Administer and provide technical support of FTP Servers
b.	Help corporate customers with FTP client installations and
troubleshooting
c.	Provide maintenance support, monitoring software/hardware,
working with Vendors on troubleshooting and resolution
d.	Work closely with Bank's Information Management & Operations
Group (Data Security) personnel

4.	Be able to provide remote support 24X7 for systems/application
support for Guam and Hawaii. (5%)

5.	Update and maintain Tech Inventory database for current and
future applications, software/hardware and devices. (5%)

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
*	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
and/or equivalent work experience

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
*	1-3 years of experience in Information Technology especially
Windows Servers and SQL dbs 
*	Familiar with Web Servers (IIS)
*	Good knowledge and experience with Secure File Transfer
protocols
*	Knowledge of item imaging technology
*	Knowledge of systems administration, including experience in
writing batch files. 
*	1 year project management experience
