Hello everyone!
The W.K. Kellogg Foundation has recently started to upgrade our Records Management Database from InfoTrax to Autonomy iManage. Additionally, we are looking at ways to manage our grant-making database (ENCOMPASS), which is designed off of a Stellent database that has been adapted to our needs. We would like to apply our retention from iManage to Encompass, as well as our email (Microsoft Outlook) and varies drives.
Has anyone accomplished this using Autonomy iManage or would we need to look at some other way to accomplish this?
The outcome we are looking for is to be able to attach the retention to the documents and perhaps metadata and based on that retention either archive or destroy items per retention.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
