I have to agree with Larry that important/unimportant alone can be
subjective and mis-interpreted. One way I've approached this has less to do
with specific terminology and more to do with how that terminology is
defined: (a) if I need the record (information, etc) to do my job- now or
in the future - its important. (b) If the record documents a business
transaction I was involved in or an action I took, it may be important to
someone else after I'm done with it. If neither (a) or (b), its not
important.
