Information Management Project Lead. 

Security Clearance Level: Secret 

Key Functions:

MITRE is seeking a project leader with expertise in enterprise content 
management, records management and knowledge management. The position 
will involve management of projects utilizing the Oracle WebCenter records 
management product. Candidates will lead the development of work practices 
that promote greater utilization and management of electronic records. 
Candidates will define projects, create project plans, develop project timelines 
and identify resource requirements. Successful candidates will build knowledge 
and working relationships across the center and the corporation. 

Required Education/Experience: 

BS and 5 years of related experience or MS and 3 years of related experience 
or PhD and 1 year of related experience 

Desired Education/Experience:

Masters degree in library science, computer science or related field or 
Bachelors degree plus equivalent experience. 

Required Skills: 

Candidate will possess expertise in enterprise content management and 
records management.

Understanding of information lifecycle management principles and 
methodologies required.

Candidate must possess experience with responsibilities for budgeting, 
resource allocation, staffing requirements and supervising the work of project 
team members.

Demonstrated experience managing complex projects.

Demonstrated experience with visioning, strategy development and successful 
execution of programs.

Strong written and verbal communications skills essential. 

Desired Skills:

Experience with Oracle Webcenter and other Oracle products.

Experience with electronic records management implementation(s).

Demonstrated experience leading change management endeavors a plus. 
Travel Statement 

*This position will require overnight travel up to 10 % of the time. 

Clearance Statement: *Applicants selected for this position will be subject to 
a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for 
access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security 
clearance. For this position, MITRE will consider only applicants with security 
clearances or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
