Glen Sanderson asked "there is a Standard to Certify a imaging system?"

What sort of certification do you need, Glen? Do you mean a certification that the system is capable of ingesting and storing images which will be accepted in legal and regulatory proceedings? Or do you have image quality in mind? What about the chain of custody?

It's difficult to answer your question without more information.
