Wet brine then deep fry. The fry option only can work if you don't live in
an apartment complex since you need a safe open space far enough away that
an accident won't result in burning down the house. The beauty of the fry
option is that it takes an hour or less and frees up the oven for the
other foods that need cooking or heating. And to top it off, its super
juicy and the skin is nicely crisp. When the turkey is done, the hot oil
can then be reappropriated for onion rings, french fries,
or...turkey-scented deep fried twinkies!
