Tyrene, running a survey may be helpful.

The one completely free evening is Saturday (see below), but I believe many persons don't arrive until Sunday.

So we could, in no order of preference:

1.      Hold it Saturday evening;

2. Hold it Sunday evening, after the ICRM Reception (this has been the traditional day and time)

3. Hold it Monday evening, and try to arrange a location close enough to the Welcome Party that people don’t have to choose one or the other.

Excerpted from the Official Schedule, here are the conference planned evening social events:

Saturday, October 26, no social events

Sunday, October 27, 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm, ICRM Business Meeting / reception

Monday, October 28, 8:30 pm - midnight, Welcome Party

Tuesday, October 29, 9:00 pm - midnight, Canadian Party

Best regards,

Fred
