Greetings,
I just looked back at the posting etiquette and I never formally introduced myself. My name is Lisa Knight and I work for a non-profit called International Foundation for Electoral Systems, IFES. I am the Records Management Specialist at IFES. Our department consists of myself and a Records Assistant. It is a new role for me (as of February 24th), as I am transitioning from the library world. I hold an MLIS.
I have a big challenge ahead of me at IFES, because they have not had a formal records management program in place and lack some basic organization.
I am excited to be part of this community and part of records the management world. I thank you in advance for the knowledge that you share and eventually I would like to return the favor.
