Clearly PG&E is NOT "committed to taking every action possible to make sure that it's not repeated," . I wish a journalist would leak the email addresses of PG&E executives again, as was done in 2010 after the deadly San Bruno explosion, so that people could email those PG&E executives and remind them that they are accountable for these disasters.

Actually if PG&E management has gotten the word that their program is weak or not meeting legal requirements the state and federal agencies aren't doing their job. They should be ramming it home.
