Hello Colin,
If you have a champion (Like the head administrator) as we had, we were able to do it in 6 months, 1300 employees, 11 administrative units and 280 record classifications

Subject: File plan & retention schedules
Has anyone had any experience updating retention schedules and/or building
a fileplan for an organization? We currently are managing quite a few
retention schedules for the various areas. I'm looking to find the
estimated timeframe, I'm thinking 10-14 months but am looking to see if
that's the norm or if anyone has done it in a shorter timeframe?
Thanks for your time.
