I concur.  I have learned more from this list than any classroom or book.  The shared experiences, wisdom and even humor are very helpful in the often misunderstood and underappreciated world of records.  Thank you Gary Link for turning me on to this list and a very warm thank you to Peter K for continuing to provide us with excellent information.  Do you ever sleep??
