Hello to all in Listserv land. We are getting pieces of the Corporate Library tossed our way. More may be coming our way as well. I foresee us have some limited processes we will handle and contracted out services that we will manage. We will have to deal with the closeout of inventories and the phasing out of several spaces. I looked on the ARMA site and didn't see any resources for this type of situation. I checked my resources and only found an odd paragraph or two. Does anyone have a recommendation for basic resources for this type of situation? I do have staff department members that have some library knowledge and experience and they are checking their resources as well.

If anyone knows of some basic resources that address how to manage a scaled down corporate library and it's processes please let me know on or off list. Thanks.
