Has anyone else spent any time reviewing the current draft of ISO 15489?

I spent a good 5-6 hours going through it in depth and providing comments
in the formatted structure required by the BIS website.

Sadly, it's no more detailed when it comes to providing guidance to allow
an organization to develop a Records Management Program than before, and
there is a lot of language in there that just plain didn't make sense.

If any of you have RM Programs that rely on compliance with ISO Standards
(and it's my understanding that ISO 9001, 140001, etc.are intending to
reference 15489 for RM issues in the future) , I'd advise you to set up an
account with BIS and review this document before it goes forward.

At the time I provided my input (nearly a month ago) only 3 of us had
weighed in with any comments.
