I think my favorite of today is Oscar Meyers P3 protein meal commercial. It shows a hot yoga class where a woman faints from the heat while one guy is signing up. The instructor tells the guy signing up that "she's fine". It's an inside joke because if you have ever done yoga you know it's hot in a regular class. "Hot yoga" is often an endurance challenge just to get through the class without fainting like the woman in the commercial.

My favorite from the past is the Carfax ad where the dog is driving a truck. The guy sitting next to the dog is complaining how the dog doesn't listen when the dog then sees some ducks and drives after them putting the truck in the lake.
