I agree with Gordy. I have included Legal, Compliance, Audit, RIM, Risk
and the LOB when needed. We have sponsorship from the C-level to ensure
the information is propagated down. I made sure to include the people who
understand the business functions as representatives. It's nice to have
C-level people on the committee, but it's better for us to have the people
who really know the systems and workflows in order to affect change that
matters.
