WOW - about as un-professional as it gets.

Suggestion - just drop the politics.

bitch moan and gripe

and i've been gathering, reviewing and sorting news articles for this list for close to 20 years. so yeah sometimes I go overboard. when was the last time a story this focused upon our work was published and generated this much press? and considering that it involves a major political figure you can't help but see stories that are opinionated.

yes they may sound like opinion pieces but what if this were say a Republican instead of a Democrat? would you be complaining about the opinion pieces?
personally I think the opinion pieces are important because it shows how those not in our profession are interpreting the issues at hand .

I do try to capture information from both sides of the political spectrum when it comes to stories like this.

'f there are new FACTS that relate to RECORD and INFORMATION management practices, by all means.... share them."

and sometimes these opinion pieces do contain a piece of information not reported on elsewhere.

you should see how many stories I've rejected on this subject

Over the 26 years I've been on this List, there has been a great ebb and flow of information provided form numerous sources.... the vast majority of it is directly related to RECORDS and INFORMATION management practices, policies and 'current events'.
