Austin ARMA Presents

Why Managers Matter
Speaker: David Wright
Dale Carnegie(r)

The bottom line for engagement is that managers matter. As a front line manager you have more control over your employees' engagement levels than any other contributing factor. As an employee your relationships hold together the company and its productivity. Together this team-work and willingness to work for the other plays an intricate part in building a successful team for the organization.

During this workshop you will feel empowered to engage your employees to their highest potential not only for the team, but for the organization as a whole. We will be interactive and work with people from different industries to gain diversity for solutions. You will be able to practice a process for recognizing the potential in someone and create engagement.
