Our recruiting firm is working on behalf of a Professional Consulting company that is hiring this permanent, full time position. They’re looking for someone with at least 3+ years of records management experience including project management work leading a team. They would also prefer someone with some consulting in their background. Experience conducting a large-scale records inventory or clean-up project, implementing records retention and destruction is required.
This candidate will consult, develop and support the implementation of IRM/IG programs through the development of records management policies, including policy frameworks, individual policy and guidance documents and records retention schedules; the selection and implementation of enterprise content management solutions, email management and eDiscovery tools; and enterprise information mapping (EIM) and records process mapping (RPM). This consultant will have the opportunity to lead projects and build relationships with clients and industry partners.
