I am still waiting for my upgrade notification. I have a personal Microsoft Surface 3 Pro, so I think I should get the notice shortly. However, I want to make sure the bugs are worked out (some reports on the internet of a few problems with previous app versions).
I would advise waiting a bit longer- it looks great, but I want to make sure everything I have transfers without issues. From what I hear you can switch back to 7, 8 or 8.1, but that seems to breaks links too.
Here at work we are on Windows 8.1, and our IT department are testing various computers to see if there are any issues before rolling it out to everyone. I hear they think testing will take a couple months (due to the various laptops, etc. we use).

Has anyone upgraded to 10? If so your first initial reaction. I am still on 7 which works fine, looked at 8 and did not like that. 10 seems cleaner and I plan on upgrading at some point unless I hear otherwise.
