Aloha Listserv Friends,
Your assistance and participation is appreciated...
The ARMA International Educational Foundation (AIEF) is pleased to announce that it is moving its annual fundraising auction to an online platform in conjunction with ARMA International’s 60th Annual Conference & Expo October 5-7 in Washington, D.C. http://bit.ly/AIEFOnlineAuction
The auction’s proceeds will fund research for the records and information management (RIM) profession, as well as scholarships and continuing education for current and aspiring RIM professionals.
Please consider donating items to the AIEF auction. You’ll find that participating in this new format is a great way not only to support the profession, but also to promote your company and build name recognition among a large group of potential customers. Because the auction will go live online weeks before the conference, your company’s name and generosity will be in front of a much wider audience and for a much longer time than previous years’ auctions. (The auction will close at the end of the conference.)
In exchange for your generosity, you’ll receive an abundance of FREE promotion prior to, during, and after the conference. Your company name and logo will appear in connection with your donated item(s):
In the ARMA 2015 Conference & Expo Guide section promoting the online auction
On the conference website page supporting the online auction
On the online auction page(s) displaying your donated item(s)
On an online auction promotional insert we are including in the conference attendee bag
In addition, your support will be recognized with a thank you sign at the AIEF booth on the Expo floor, where conference attendees and exhibitors will be invited to participate in the excitement of the online bidding.
To donate and receive all of the recognition mentioned above, please complete an “Online Auction Prize Donation Form” for each item and e-mail it to [log in to unmask] by August 15. Of course, donations will be happily accepted and much appreciated after that date, but it may not be possible to list them in all of the promotional material.
Suggested Items: While the fiercest competition is often for gift cards and electronics, such as tablets (iPad/Kindle), Blue-Ray players, cameras, and computers, all types of items--from airline tickets to sports paraphernalia--are popular. Feel free to donate anything; be creative and surprise us! (Your consideration of items valued over $300 is appreciated.)
For more information or questions, contact Linda at [log in to unmask] or at 913.312.5563.
Have a Great week!
Brian
