Amen to that and this is the issue I have overall with IG.  I have seen the same story IG is expounding now for the last 20 years but now we are calling it IG and not RIM.  When I see any list of what an IG program needs to have to be successful, that is basically the same list I have used to make my current RIM program successful.  So, what's the difference?  What is IG trying to do that RIM hasn't been for the last 50 years?  Where does IG try to fill in the gaps?  I just don't see that it is.
