ABOUT the PRESENTERS:

Ben Slager has worked in the public utility industry for 12 years at WPPI Energy.  WPPI Energy is a regional power company serving 51 locally owned, not-for-profit electric utilities.  WPPI Energy is also a public entity and is subject to Wisconsin's open records law.  Ben has worked in IT roles for the last 9 years and became the director of IT at the beginning of this year.  The IT team at WPPI supports internal applications, a little under 100 employees, and 500 cloud users.  Ben first had the pleasure of assisting with a legal discovery process two years ago.  At that time he gained an elevated appreciation of records management.

Erik O'Connor is the Manager of Information Security & Risk at Alliant Energy.  He has a BS in Computer Science and MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.  He has over 17 years of IT experience, with the last five primarily focused on Information Security.  He holds both a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certifications from ISACA.

Herb Foster is the Manager of the Enterprise Information Management (EIM) Program at American Transmission Co.   He has served on the ARMA Milwaukee Board for the last 8 years in all roles except secretary, and is a certified records manager.  Herb has established RIM programs in three different organizations and has over thirty years of experience in information management.  Areas of professional interest are: risk management, taxonomy, process development, SharePoint, information security, master data management, and information management education.

Matt Engibous is the Solution Lead and SharePoint Architect at Concurrency, Inc. Matt manages a team of content management, user experience, infrastructure, and development professionals. Over ten years of experience creating and leading the processes to scope, implement and maintain complex content management systems including Hyland OnBase and Microsoft SharePoint. Matt has spent 7 years in the financial industry at Fiserv, 3 years in records management at Datastore and over 5 years of Microsoft consulting experience. He has experience deploying advanced collaboration and enterprise content management systems for tens of thousands of users with terabytes of content. Matt has spoken at Microsoft events, SharePoint Saturday's and is member of the AIIM board.  Matt has a passion for technology and working with customers to solve their business needs utilizing Microsoft solutions.

Teresa Drabenstadt is currently leading a team in Information Technology Application Development supporting CUNA Mutual's Retirement Services product line, helping the business to achieve their growth objectives.  Teresa's broad experience in Information Technology (IT), Records & Information Management, Privacy, and Internal Audit enables her to build collaborative partnerships across the business and IT to meet business objectives while effectively mitigating risk. Teresa has led many multi-million dollar projects which included business process improvements as well as technology implementations. She has spoken at several conferences on Information Governance and IT strategies including MER and ARMA.
