Happy Election Day!  First, I want to thank everyone who responded to my
last few questions. Thank you. I am writing a final Capstone paper for my
Masters Degree.  I have finally come up with what I think may be my thesis
statement.  Unfortunately my professor is out for the rest of the week and
cannot give me any advice until next week.  I have to have the paper done
very soon!!  I appreciate any of your comments to help hone the statement
or any comments at all.

"A modernized records management approach should focus on a holistic
strategy that emphasizes the philosophy of “finding” information rather
than “filing”  information while automating compliance requirements to the
greatest extent possible."
Note: the "holistic strategy" will focus on IG-like strategy and
"automating compliance requirements" will expand upon the need to automate
federal requirements such as FISMA, FOIA, Privacy Act, e-Discovery, NARA
requirements, retention/disposition, etc.
