Everyone was so helpful with my question the other day that I'm going to
go to the well again:

With what frequency do you do a complete review/update of your RRS with
regulatory review, operational need, etc.?

If in between these major RRS updates, a business unit needs a new record
series created or an existing record series modification that cannot wait
for you annual or biennial major update, do you do a minor update and if
so what is the frequency you execute them?

How often do you do destruction? Monthly, quarterly, annually?

Is your organization small, medium, or large?

Us:

Major RRS Update: Biennial
Minor RRS Updates: Yes. Quarterly
Destruction: Quarterly
Org Size: Large

If you do not wish to post this info on line please send it off-list. If I
get a lot of off-list replies I will tally and post the totals to the list
without names.

Thanks in advance for your help,
Gary
