Just my humble opinion...

We'll just have wait and see...Candor is fine, but "transparency" is the ultimate means of connecting with your members.  It's time to "fish or cut bait" or there will be more members leaving the ship.

No disagreement on IG...We'll see if it "sticks" or is cast aside once the "spin doctors" have figured there is something better to call the holistic management of information.  I'm betting that there are people already thinking of another "flavor" to spike the latest marketing campaign.

Aloha Brian, and thanks for the 40th anniversary congrats.

I agree with all of your beefs.  What I wanted to say is that in all my years as a member of ARMA, this was the first time that I got so frank and so honest a response from someone high up in the organization.  Actions speak louder than words, so I will wait for that to follow, but in the meantime I'm cautiously optimistic. :)

We may have to agree to disagree on RM vs. IG... if down the road ARMA is able to support a satisfactory delineation between the two then perhaps we'll both be happy.
