Bill was an icon in the Industry.  He was tough but all admired him.

He served on the NFPA 232 Standard Technical Committee with Larry and I and he lived and breathed records management.  The profession has lost a true pioneer.

Good luck Bill in getting Heaven organized.  At least the retention schedule will be simple…”Eternity translates to a Permanent Record.”
