Hi Todd,

Thanks for the quick response.  Your committee structure is very similar to
those I've had at other places I've worked.  At one company, we were IT and
Legal top-heavy as 3 of the 13 team members were from IT, and another 3
were attorneys (and I reported to the VP and General Counsel at that time
too).  You have lots of directors and senior-level members o n your
committee and that always makes for a good, empowering group!  And yes, I
got your committee charter too.
