Hi,
What bothers me about that is the simple fact the companies no longer
exist. So, is it that they'd be kept permanently because the overarching
corporation that they were under still exists, or is it acceptable to
destroy them, as I'd imagine a regular company would be able since once the
company no longer exists, who'd even be upkeeping those minute books? I'd
imagine permanate to only mean 'as long as the company exists' rather than
'we must pay forever and ever and ever for these records to exist even
though we do not.
