*Project Manager --- Records Retention*



   - Partnering with Legal staff to define, document and redesign policies
   and procedures; conduct benchmark studies, identify gaps in processes, and
   monitor action plans
   - Managing Legal applications, including coordination with Legal
   Technology, defect tracking, enhancement prioritization, business
   requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data governance
   - Providing operational support across Legal, including real estate
   management, support for key applications, intranet management, end-user
   technology management, legal research, publication subscription management,
   SharePoint development and maintenance, employee on-boarding and
   off-boarding
   - This position encompasses opportunities to develop and deliver
   strategic record retention solutions in pursuit of best-in-class legal
   practices and to continuously drive and influence positive change
   throughout the Legal Department, globally.  This role is part of the Legal
   Practices team



*Responsibilities:*

   - Draft retention procedures and guidelines
   - Escalate timeline and program risks as necessary
   - Communicate strategy through multiple channels
   - Coordinate effort with Record Coordinators, Controls, Legal Technology
   etc teams
   - Conduct working sessions to define integrations with relevant legal
   systems and reporting needs
   - Manage record retention departmental initiatives end-to-end, including
   key stakeholder identification and establishing governance
   - Where needed, assist in the drafting and development of technical
   business requirements for initiatives
   - Develop and drive enhancements to selected training materials



*Qualifications:*

   - Bachelor's degree
   - Ten+ years consulting or legal industry experience, ideally with an
   external law firm or in-house legal function (with a focus on legal
   operations), policy/process development or a combination thereof
   - In-depth understanding of legal processes and practices preferred
   - Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable working
   with senior business partners and presenting to a senior audience
   - Strong project management skills; must be able to manage multiple
   projects concurrently
   - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, strong interest in learning, effective
   under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility/accountability
   - Expert knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word
