Update on this issue: ARMA HQ reached out to me after my post to this listserv from this morning and showed me that the December 2017 issue of Chapter Connections, which goes out to all Chapter Leadership, included an announcement about - and a link to - the Quarterly ARMA Ambassador update on YouTube. My personal comment is that, in my experience (Chapter board for 7 years and Region board for 4 years) almost no one actually reads the Chapter Connections, even though it often contains useful and valuable information.
