Susan asked "How do people deal with records that are no longer created or
needed? Are those "no longer created" records still in the retention
schedule (but
marked obsolete or some other word)?"

Hi Susan - I have used 'obsolete' or 'discontinued' in the title or
description and kept the category/series on the schedule until all records
have been properly dispositioned.

Warmly,
Jessica Fairchild
