Susan asked "How do people deal with records that are no longer created or needed?  Are  those "no longer created" records still in the retention schedule (but marked obsolete or some other word)?"





I do the same as Jessica, but I use "Record Series Ended [Year]" – I also keep it on the schedule until the retention requirements have been met.
