Hi Everyone,


One of our ARMA members has asked for some resources specifically about
completing Personal Health Information Audits.


Can anyone help with any information?   They are specifically looking for:


A template for biannual Personal Health Information Act compliance audits

An audit of electronic client file management (including snooping)

An audit of paper client file management



We are Canadian, but audits on client file management and "snooping" would
be helpful regardless of country.
