Regardless of whether your vendor will ship to a residential address or not, it throws up red flags for me.  The records are not in your control.  I would make the employee come to the office to review them if possible.

I've got something that's never come up in my 25 + years in RIM.  The compa= ny I work for in the financial services industry is allowing more people to=  work from home without a real facility needed close by (mostly closures). =  I've got one of these employee's asking for authorization to retrieve boxe= s from an off-site provider, if necessary, for various audits they may have=  to supply support for.  Not sure we want to start down the path of deliver= ing records to individual homes but thought I'd get input from the wise peo= ple on this list.
