Greetings,

We are a large decentralized university. We are considering asking units to submit the records inventory for our office to have them in a central location so that 
1. Other units can see and glean from the completed inventories
2. We can track which units have inventories
3. We can use the inventories to make sure the schedule current and to sample audit certain units. 

If we were to this I am wondering where these FDLs would be housed. It seems like a huge project to embark on and I'm not sure what tool would be best to use i.e. SharePoint, Website, etc. 

I am asking for feedback on this so we can gage whether it's worth it to do this or something similar at all.
