In addition to my last response, I would like to state that I believe (as a
former grader) that Part 6 is the differentiator in a casual/good test taker
with
limited experience not attaining the CRM designation.  Part 6 requires the
candidate to not only know the principles of RIM, but requires the
tangibles/intangibles such as how to appropriately communicate with senior
management, understand corporate politics, budget issues and a host of
content management issues.
