Change is happening in your organization – every day. Like many 
organizations, you are making changes to be more efficient, more 
competitive, and more profitable. In all of these efforts, there is one 
common denominator for achieving the intended outcomes of your 
initiative: people.

To be successful, you need to help individual people apply the change to 
their work: their processes, job roles, workflows, reporting structures, 
behaviors and even their identity within the organization. So, how do you 
do that? This presentation will provide some practical tips on how to make 
your change stick.
